Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

    This was our 2nd visit to Knife and Spoon, and we were blown away once again. Our server Shay was excellent…once again!!!

    The food was absolutely amazing. The service however was a little slow. We found ourselves waiting for someone to return to the table in between courses.

    This place definitely deserves a Michelin star rating. It was fabulous from the wine to the bread to the main course, Everything was perfect The staff were superb - not overwhelming but always there when we needed them and very knowledgeable. There was a violinist who was amazing. Highly recommend the place

    What an awesome restaurant! Miguel, Chris and Tony all waited on us and they were exceptional!! Amazing service, food and drink recommendations. Would highly recommend for someone who is a foodie that loves outstanding wait staff.

    Service and food were both excellent! The only drawback was the noise level. We literally felt like we had to shout across the table at each other.

    Amazing! I would highly recommend! The food presentation was so impressive and the taste was just as good as the look. Servers were top notch!! Was one of my all-time favorite dining experiences.
