Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

    The food at Knife and Spoon was excellent but the service was even better. We were made to feel very welcome, as if we were guests on a private home. I would go back in a heartbeat.

    Our entire experience was out of this world. Everything was above and beyond all other eating establishments. It’s pricy, but well worth it.

    Beautiful plating, strong service, solid flavors. A great restaurant in the hotel but also strong enough to stand on its own. Every bite was delicious

    The food, service, was all AMAZING! Definitely worth spending my 45th Birthday! Ambience could have been better but overall everything was AMAZING!

    Repeatedly was served extremely hot, spicy food. First a “complimentary” tofu was served with spice that burned your tongue and lips. Next an order of onion rings, supposedly with tempura coating was served with extremely hot, spicey coating that anything but tempura as the coating was thick and the onions tough. Next a garden salad contained sliced red peppers that were extremely hot (spicey). The entree of tile fish was over either onions or bok choy. It was, in my opinion, one of the least tasty meals I have had in recent months and was not worthy of the prices paid for our party of four.

    For years, we have returned to knife and spoon to celebrate all of our special occasions. The food is amazing, but the service provided by Tony and Jessica is what truly elevated our experience. We’ve been fortunate enough to sit with Tomy before and, like always, he greeted us with so much kindness and enthusiasm that immediately made us feel welcome. He knew we were celebrating our anniversary and had prepared a small surprise at our table. His knowledge of the menu was impressive and he took the time to recommend dishes that perfectly matched our tastes. It was clear that he wanted us to have the best experience possible. Jessica is so friendly and incredibly attentive. Her expertise as a sommelier is extraordinary. She selected a wine for us that paired beautifully with our meal and gave us insight for the region and vineyard our wine came from, even giving us tasting notes that allowed us to better enjoy our wine. Tony and Jessica's recommendations were spot on, and we couldn't have been happier with our choices. We will certainly be returning!
