    It was OK I had a birthday. They didn’t sing happy birthday to me and it was on my reservations. One waitress noticed that her family member was there and they paid more attention to them than everybody else. The cook was awesome. The waitress suck because of a family member you’re not really was upset that they didn’t sing happy birthday to the host

    Made a reservation for 6:30 PM didn’t get seated until 8 o’clock. I kept being told it will take five minutes which extended to a hour, plus . Mind you I made a reservation two weeks prior. The food was OK and our chef was wonderful. Love him dearly. Overall the management team and the hostess could’ve practice better customer service. The hostess kept brushing people off whenever you ask hey, how much longer? I rate this experience a 6 1/2 out of 10…

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at the Teppanyaki table, our reservations are based on Priority Seating, which will offer you the shortest available wait time when you check in and your party is complete. Our goal is to seat priority seating within a 15 minutes window but sometimes many celebrations stay longer than expected and cause a delay for your party. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
