Helmed by Chefs Pedro & Katherine Mederos, Kojin offers an elevated dining experience and extensive menu, including a variety of flame-grilled dishes and fresh seafood, prepared using innovative culinary techniques.
Building on the success of the chefs' first restaurant which entered the Michelin Guide for two consecutive years, Kojin aims to serve guests the highest-quality ingredients at their peak seasonality and freshness, whether that means sourcing produce from local Florida farmers or importing ingredients from Japan.

Absolutely loved our experience at Kojin! Ashley took amazing care of us and was so fun, personable, and well versed with the menu. Their menu is unique and she was so helpful in tailoring an order for our group. My favorites were the Caesar salad, THE BREAD SERVICE, and the Maitake. Would want to try the short rib the next time I go !

The ambiance and decorations of the restaurant were very nice and welcoming. The service was great. But the food was a complete disappointment, flavors were bland by missing simple seasoning like lacking salt. Mainly the food was nothing to remember and the pricing was outrageous!!! We paid over $200 for two people and only got the Small tasting menu for one person and an appetizer and halibut main course for the other person. Avoid this place, it was a complete rip off!!

Not worth $350 for tasting menu. Wouldn’t do again. Ingredients individually would be $200 max if ordered separately. The only “main” was a tiny piece of halibut. Recommend a la carte if you go, but there’s plenty of better restaurants in Miami

All of the dishes were exquisitely prepared and different to what you would find in other restaurants. Our server Steven was wonderful. We appreciated that the corkage fee was very reasonable. My only suggestion is that they expand the wine list by adding some more reasonably priced bottles.

Having eaten here before, we loved the opportunity to revisit to decorate holiday cookies. It was the PERFECT date night experience. Not only did we have fun decorating, but the actual cookies were absolutely delicious...honestly, I've never had such buttery cookies before. Kojin continues to be a great spot with a vibe all it's own and I cannot recommend it enough!

One of the best dining experiences in Miami. Every bite was amazing. Chef and server kept checking on us and made sure the experience was the best. Will be definitely be coming back for all their new menus
