Kollazs is not to be missed! The setting, service, menu and experience are all "the best"! We were welcomed and treated as special guests throughout our experience. A highlight was the Dover Sole prepared table side. The wine selection is varied and wonderful - the Hungarian Chardonnay was special and we ordered it at several meals. From the breakfast buffet to lunch overlooking the Danube to a special dinner - we loved it all. Highly recommend!

Ambience is great but my Lamb shank was served cold and the dauphinoise weren’t great. My partner had the sea bass which she thought was great. Also expensive. Service not great, waiter didn’t ask about water or wine, he just poured my partners. Overall disappointing and over priced which is a real shame.

Nice place - great service - very good food. Bread served in a bag left me scratching my head. It seemed counter to an otherwise great presentation.

Food was great, although a portion size on the menu could be a useful addition. Servers were friendly, but not annoyingly so. Food was definitely valued fairly, especially by Northern European standards. If we were ever to visit Budapest again, this would definitely be a place to revisit.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff was outstanding! The food and atmosphere are amazing and the live dinner music was just tremendous! My wife said it was the best meal she ever had! Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

We've visited many times and always had a good time, but this last visit did not reach the usual Kollazs level we are used to. The food was ok, but it was nothing extra, a very avarage stake, but with a very delicious apple cake as dessert. The table itself was very small, pushed to the far corner of the restaurant, against the wall. We only had a view of the empty service area wall. It really felt like we had the worst table in the restaurant. The waiter was friendly, but we were missing the professionalism from them. The sommelier was great hovewer. Sadly we can not say more good things about the night, and we are unlikely to visit in the near future.
