We reserved for a Christmas Day dinner and were very thankful we did. They were the only restaurant in the area that was open for the evening. We were very impressed with the mixed drinks and the presentation of our food was intentional and looked incredible! Thank you to all the staff working on Christmas Day!

Our fried spring rolls were served cold inside, so basically uncooked. Second time around they were barely warm inside and egg roll wrapper still uncooked inside. Completely unapologetic. Every entree has an add-on price for protein which was already overpriced. We had yellow curry and the potatoes were uncooked like hard and you couldn’t bite through it. Pad Thai the noodles were undercooked. Then we had two order of Pad Kee Mao and noodles were undercooked. They gave themselves a 20% service charge. Worst experience and food was bad especially when everything was not cooked well. Do not recommend!

The food is something I have not had such a tasty Thai food anywhere sincerely!! We have eaten @ soo many Thai restaurants around the world & in different big cities in US we visited this in Kauai 2 times in 5 days tried 7 different dishes & each one tasted amazingly delicious!! Presentation of the dishes are like more than five stars for all of us!! Must visit the place !!

Excellent food and service! A bit of a challenge to find the restaurant, but we persevered and it was worth it. We would go again, but ask not to be seated next to the door. Overall, a great experience.

Finding the location was the most challenging in this day and age when gps is second nature, it sometimes neglects to say the building is listed on the street but actually set back on the second floor of the building on the street in a shopping complex, but we found it. Allowed time. Food and service were very good. Atmosphere was clean and second story allows for cross breeze cooling since that side of the island is warmest. An enjoyable meal.

After enjoying the paradise roll and sharing the combination pad thai, we decided to return with friends and try a few other dishes (sesame chicken, tuna roll and mahimahi. Everything was fresh and tasty, servers were attentive and friendly. Will be back for the pad thai👍🏻

All the mains did not come out together. Our guest waited much too long for his overcooked salmon special. Appetizers & the music were the best part of our evening at Koloa Thai.

We ordered the Sushi combo. The rice of Sushi were not cook right which was to softer and sticky. The reason I came this time because we had a good Sushi roll last time. It was disappointed this time.
