   Our reservation was for 8:15. We arrived a little early so we got a drink at the bar. I ordered a lemon drop martini and my dinner date got a draft beer. My cocktail was decent but not the best I’ve had. We were seated a few minutes early but the wait for another round of drinks and food was very long. We ordered the same drinks. The beer came within a decent time but my martini took about 20 minutes (giver or take) to arrive at the table. When it did, it did not have a lemon or sugar rim like it did when sitting at the bar and tasted like well liquor was used instead this time even though i ordered a specific vodka. After drinks we waited about 30+ minutes for our appetizer and our food for over an hour to arrive. We sat at a 2 person table so not much table space. Our table wasn’t cleared of glasses and plates until our check was brought so we were cramped for space when trying to eat. I ordered surf and turf and my date ordered chicken sandwich. Both tasted average so I think the price point at this restaurant is too high for average tasting food. Side note (not everyone cares I know) but with having steak on their menu they don’t have any kind of steak sauce which was disappointing. Also I ordered my steak MR and it was over cooked but After our long wait we didn’t have time to send it back since we had plans at 10:30 (food came at 9:45) so I just kept it. Staff was very friendly and a bartender did come over to ask how our experience went. Which I told him the same thing as I’m saying here. The decor and ambiance was good but nothing exceptional about this place. Not worth the time and money in my experience, unfortunately overall disappointing.

   Limited menu was not advertised on open table. Wait time for a drink was 15-20 min. the entire meal. Wait time for food was 1 hour. Sushi rolls also an hour. Served at same time as our entrees but ordered 15-20 min before. One person in our party had to send their steak back twice for medium well (I know that’s not how to eat steak, but to each their own). The only bright spot was our server. She did her best to cover for managements failures. If you aren’t successful with a limited menu, how do you survive with the full menu? $135 for dinner and drinks isn’t terrible, but Applebee’s operation makes the restaurant look like amateur hour.

   Took over an hour to get food. The starters wernt even done before the main entres were served. The salmon was hard and mashed potatoes were cold. The food was expensive but tasted like frozen food youd buy from the market.

   Delay in food preparation, no table decoration for Val’s day and has to wait for 30mins after arrival before confirming our table. Overall poor services. Thumbs up to the server lady but rest was poor

   We waited for an hour for our food. Even after 1 hour, the waitress could not give us an eta. Even though it was Valentine’s Day, there was no excuse for the service. Our waitress was ghost several times and never came over to update us about our order under after 60 minutes. Completely disappointed with the service. The management came over and just cancelled our order, big deal. Also. Our reservation was for 8:30 and as of 9:40 we still did have the food we ordered. Terrible!!!!

   The service was fine from our waitress, it wasn't her fault. We made reservations...we waited (it was Valentine's Day so it was extra busy, fine). We were sat... we waited (apparently there was confusion on who was taking our table). We ordered all of our food and drinks since we knew it was busy.... then we waited almost 2 hours for our food! Not exaggerating. literally just short of 2 hours. Again, the waitress apologized and checked on us multiple times which was fine but 2 hours?! We had a babysitter, so we had to get it to go and ate in the car. it was not the night we were hoping for. Food was mediocre also. Drinks were fine, I guess but they also ran out of what we wanted to drink so we only had one. If they cannot staff enough people to handle a holiday, then they shouldn't be taking that many reservations and they surely shouldn't be taking anyone without a reservation to include bar seating. It is a huge and beautiful restaurant but again, if they cannot properly staff it, they shouldn't fill all the seats. $200(after tip) for 2 hours of waiting for just ok food. MAYBE one day we will try again on a non-holiday night but maybe not.

   The service was so poor that we were only able to order two appetizers and some sodas. The apps were not very good and the service was so bad we never got around to ordering entrees. Those two apps and sodas totaled $65. For what we received this was one of the worst values I have encountered in a casual dining restaurant. 1 star and that is being generous.

   Got there 5 mins late bc of parking and they gave away my seat. Ok not a big deal they had seats at the bar. Ordered the dumpling appetizer. Received 5 small, frozen reheated dumplings that u buy at the asian grocery store for $8/a bag and they sold this for $21? Then I ordered sliders well done. Buns are like the Hawaiian rolls from grocery store and is cold and the meat was very pink when I asked for well done. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Do better Kona! This is unacceptable.

   The food came out quickly and was very delicious. The service was amazing. The price though was high compared to other restaurants of its kind.
