We had a great dinner at Kore. My spouse and i arrived early, and sat at the bar and had two great cocktails. Bartenders were very personable and approachable. We moved to our table with two friends for our dinner and we ordered a bunch of plates to share. The Udon noodles, small chicken bites, and pork ribs were the standouts for us. We enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service greatly. We will return :)

I’m not a fan of smaller plates dining. But I must say that the folks at Kore impressed me. The smaller menu is packed with unique flavors and every dish we tried was delicious. I think the tapas approach works well with their format and I would definitely return to travel deeper into the menu.

We stopped in Nashville during a cross country drive and decided on a date night. The food here is just incredible. Lots of dishes most people will recognize but seasoned with Korean flavors from traditional fermentations like gochujang and kimchi. The plates are tapas style so we ended up getting 8 different things. We probably could have had six dishes and felt very full but since we aren’t in Nashville very often we decided to go a little harder. Don’t sleep on the cocktail and shoju lists. This place is a gem.

The staff was very friendly and service was exceptional. The food was also superb and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good place to share a lot of different small dishes, ordering more as you find what you especially like.

We had almost everything on the menu & loved everything! The dumplings were definitely the table favorite though. The capri drinks were also so good! Our waiter Travis was the best and we are already planning our next visit.
