I had the most horrible experience at this restaurant from the service the server and especially the absentee management . This was by far the worst restaurant in Houston. Nothing was A1 except for the accommodations that the host made for me by reseating my party. Truly dropped the ball. I never got offered a cocktail from the waitress she never brought the food out my friend was charged for a $10 for a Coca Cola my friend was charged $50 for a glass of wine the waiter never came back to the table once the food was done being ate asked for blue cheese dressing got Cesar. Asked for pepper never got it asked for my waiter she showed 45 minutes later with a cake asked for the manager they stated she had left for the night no one could find her. Got checked in 8:05pm didn’t get the check until 11:25pm waiter got so frustrated she left then went outside to blow off some steam and no one not even a team member offered to help this poor waiter. This was a nightmare

The ambiance was absolutely fantastic, no doubt about it. The service was great, and the professionalism was top-notch. However, the timing was a bit of a mess. We arrived later than our scheduled time, but we were still accommodated after a brief self-seating at the bar (and the place wasn’t even full). At the bar I waited alone amongst 5 strangers for almost 10 min before anyone asked if I wanted water or anything. Once seated, we had some time to look over the menu, but it took about 20 minutes before we received any further attention. The waiter noticed our frustration and, as a gesture, treated us to shots for my birthday. When we finally placed our order, the salads came out promptly. However, when the main dishes arrived, there was an issue: we received duplicate orders of the same salads, along with food that wasn’t even ours. All in all, we spent 2 and a half hours there and waiting was the bulk of our experience. Again the ambiance was AMAZING! We willl come again but definetly just to sit at the bar for drinks if we even are asked if we want a drink.

We had an awful experience! I flew in town as a content creator to do a review on this place. It was only two parties there. We order drinks which took over 30 minutes to come. All the workers was at the bar taking shots. Playing on the phone. We didn’t receive most of our food, majority of the party ordered lamb chops, the waiter just started passing them out without asking what temperature belonged to who. Never received any sides. The place is too nice to have horrible service. The best thing is the photographer.

I actually was quite disappointed in my experience. I heard this place was so hyped on social media. In short the entrees were appetizer portions with entree prices. The food TOOK AN HOUR to come out, half of it was cold. The drinks were just ok. The fire dancer came out only once. The waiter was next to nonexistent. He didn’t check on us at all in between ordering, food arrival & the bill. The food was RIDICULOUSLY priced and the menu was so limited with no variety. I’m not surprised the place was so empty in a Saturday night. I won’t be back… surely not worth the hype.

It’s MOSTLY for the experience. Lobster wasn’t cooked all the way and it took almost an hour to bring BMT first drink…it was my only drink.

Brought my mom here for her birthday and the service and food were AWFUL!! The waiter came to the table maybe two or three times during time there. Some of our group never got their food and the food that did come out was a misrepresentation of what was being offer on the menu. For example...my sister order the Cesar Salad with crab meat....they brought out a very stingy plate of under dressed lettuce with what looked like brown tuna fish on top NOT crab meat! My mom ordered the ribeye steak with mac & cheese (mind you she never got the mac & cheese) and the steak looked like roast NOT a ribeye!! The prices were ridiculous for the portions and the service given. I paid $60 for one sidecar and 6 baby bird wings!!! There is supposed to be live entertainment they only had one fire twirler and a dry DJ which left a lot to be desired. The experience was so underwhelming. The competition in Houston is huge when it comes to restaurants and it they continue with this pattern of inconstancy they will not last long. This restaurant completely ruined my mother's birthday and I would not recommend anyone to go here. This is not a fine dining restaurant at all, however they are charging fine dining prices and not given you the experience. The service and quality of food does not match the price point! Shut down and come back with a better plan of execution cause this ain't it!!! EPIC FAIL!!!!!!

When I arrived I was seated at a table that was wobbly and servers could not fix nor move us to another table. We ordered lamb chops, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The lamp chips were good but the potatoes wasn’t favorable nor the asparagus. It was truly a disappointment for such a nice looking establishment.

Nice spot for date night. My wife & I celebrated our anniversary and definitely enjoyed the experience. We felt welcomed from the time we entered until we departed. The whole vibe was right!

When I got there the valet was across the street in a parking lot (valet should be at the door) Then when I walk in the host is just so rude he doesn’t even greet you! I get seated finally. The waitress doesn’t come by for at least 10 min! I waited on my drink for 30 minutes I waited on my food for a hour and still never received it So I closed out for my drinks Was never apologetic towards the wait Her response was just that the kitchen was backed up! No ma’am that is not acceptable The salad I ordered should have came out 45 min ago along with our appetizer! I will not be going back
