Value was great since we took advantage of the 50% off discount promo using my BPI card. Due to this promo, service was affected. Very long wait for the service. Very long wait for the food to arrive. Incorrect food/duplicate items being served. Requests being forgotten. Service crew showing some attitude (expressions and eyes are very obvious). Ambience is okay. Place feels a bit cramped due to the number of tables. Despite all these, food still tasted great.
