The krō bär is an eclectic bar with a speakeasy vibe and a passion for spirits and great food with a nod to another era.

Tucked away on Main Street in Bothell, a walkable neighborhood teaming with local art, culture and food, the artfully handcrafted krō bär has been reclaimed from the bones of Bothell’s historic hardware store in the Mohn building. The 16-foot-high tin ceilings, a hanging catwalk and the original wood floors were uncovered and restored.

Please note we are 21 and older only.

Due to the size of our location, we are unable to seat parties of more than 4 guests.

Learn about popular spirits from notable industry personalities and distillers, and then get a hands-on cocktail lesson from our "Spiritual Advisor" Cameron MacDonald. Your Ticket includes: - A tasting of featured spirits and their history, lead by a representative of the selected distillery/brand. - Hands-on workshops to create and enjoy 2 classic/signature cocktails. - A few bites to pair with the selected cocktails/spirits. Tickets are for 5PM, 7PM & 9 PM seatings of the following dates/events: - Monday, January 27th - Chopin Vodka - Monday, February 24th - Santaleza Tequila - Monday, March 31st - Highland Park Scotch Whisky

Kro bar is our fav restaurant in Bothell! Especially for date nights. We booked a dinner reservation for Sunday night and specifically booked the booth because we didn’t want to be seated else where. Several things went wrong : 1. We reached on time for our reservation but they could not seat us and asked us to wait. After 10 mins, we went in and they tried to seat us at the non-booth table. We had to remind them that we specifically booked a booth. Then we were told to wait another 10 mins if we wanted a booth. After a couple of mins, they finally sat us at an empty booth. 2. Service was extremely slow. Food didn’t arrive in a timely manner. 3. We ordered the buratta and charcuterie board as appetizers and didn’t receive any food for over 25 mins. Only the charcuterie board arrived first. After another 20-25 mins we got our buratta plate. On the buratta plate, we found a piece of plastic wrapping. They replaced it at no charge but by the time we got it back, we were not even hungry anymore. 4. The Gnochi cacio e Pepe was okay but super salty, we could barely eat the gnocchi piece - couldn’t eat the sauce at all. Drinks and the mashed potatoes were superb as usual. We would love to go back and we hope this was a one off situation/ issue.

The ambiance, food, and drinks were terrific. Staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely going to be coming back.

Kitchen was backed up so the food took a while to get to our table but wow it was worth it. Amazingly delicious food. I had the ribeye, my wife had the duck. Cocktails were delicious, wine options were great for the food. The Focaccia bread appetizer is probably the best we've had.

Dress up or dress down. Date night ambiance or hang out with the guys night. Impressive selection of spirits and super talented staff making creative drinks. Food is high quality and good quantity. Meat and cheese board was delicious.

This was a cocktail experience and it was fantastic. Learning the nuances of vodka I didn't know existed!

Cameron is such an excellent bartender. Infinitely personable, knowledgeable, and quick witted, and the cocktails were sensational. The food was delicious and disappeared from our plates miraculously fast. A must go to for a small party.

Small, intimate, and nice vibe here. Delicious food and drinks. Our waiter was pleasant and funny, interacted with us more than just serving. Washroom was lovely with a mouthwash dispenser, grand touch.

KroBar is a very exciting place to go to. It’s a wonderful experience. The food is fabulous. Happy hour was very affordable and the drinks are highly crafted. I love to go to the KroBar for happy hour with my girlfriends or a night out with my husband, it’s very private and easy to converse the noise level is good. Excellent service very personable. I highly recommend going to the Krobar
