Feb 14, 2025 onlyCelebrate Valentine's Day with a 4-course wine dinner featuring wines by Dave Phinney from Orin Swift Cellars and dishes prepared by Chef Skyler Stoner. Seatings at 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm. The cost of the event is $200/couple which includes the 4-course paired menu, taxes and gratuity. Credit card fees are additional. Course 1: Stuffed Mushroom Caps paired with Mannequin Chardonnay Course 2: Choice of Charred Octopus Salad or Homemade Sausage Trio paired with Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon Course 3: Choice of Lobster Ravioli or Dry-Aged Ribeye paired with Machete Petit Sirah Course 4: Creme Brulée topped with Candied Violet and Fresh Berries paired with Abstract Red Blend Additional pours and bottles available for additional purchase.
