Welcoming yet sophisticated vibe. We did the 12 piece nigiri omakase and it was a truly spectacular selection including some of my favorite pieces (Hokkaido uni!) and some new fish I had not tried previously (which is a feat because we eat a lot of sushi!).

The food was good, but it was just not a very fun environment . The waiter never explained the menu or seemed very knowledgeable. It just was not a very fun experience and we won’t be back.

The food was so very good. Wonderful menu variety. Waitress was in the weeds but she was so cute, who cares. Can't wait to go back.

The apps were tremendous, drinks were okay and the broiled fish of the day was nutritional but tasteless. I wish I had ordered differently. Great atmosphere and wonderful service, I think it’s worth another try.

The sushi is stupid expensive. Good, but very small cuts for the price - about triple that of regular sushi. Very interesting fish selection, but none of them wowed (but I have to admit the uni was perfect & delicious). Firefly Squid nigiri was unique. Sushi rice on the nigiri was excellent temp & flavor, but not compacted enough for easy pickup. Barracuda was meh, even though it came highly recommended. Toro was excellent, topped with caviar. Dessert was mediocre - tiramisu was incredibly dense.

My girlfriend and I went for our 3 year anniversary and we absolutely loved our experience. We had some sushi rolls and sake. The servers were all attentive, kind, and helpful. The atmosphere was super romantic. Will definitely be coming back again

Kumoya was an all-around amazing experience! The service was top-notch… friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The menu offered a unique selection of delicious dishes and creative pairings with something for everyone, and I was especially impressed with how mindful they were of allergies. The trendy atmosphere added to the charm, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. My parents, boyfriend, and I all enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back.

At our table of 4 guests we ordered 2 miso soups. Those were fine. In addition we ordered 3 more items on the menu including an overpriced $30 bowl of fried rice and only received 2 of those items. We were not charged for the missing food but I left hungry and forced to tip 20% automatically even though I didn’t get the food I ordered. Bad experience.
