Buena calidad en el sabor y presentación de los alimentos. Buen servicio, íbamos con bastante prisa y nos atendieron rápido y de buena forma. Precio justo para la zona y calidad de la comida, sin duda lo recomendaría como un referente de la comida Yucateca.

Very beautiful and interesting food. Lovely ambiance and polite service. Only negative point was that we were hoping for the tasting menu and I messaged ahead regarding an allergy, told on arrival the person with the allergy could not have the menu. Al acarte menu was very nice but a bit of a shame, would have been nice to have a message prior to arrival that this would be the case.

Una experiencia increíble , una de las mejores en México ! . Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi padre y fue su primera experiencia en un restaurante de este tipo , el sigue hablando de ello . Hicimos el menú degustación y 2 personas pidieron a la carta , los platos a la carta, un pulpo y una carne son espectaculares, perfecta cocción , porción, sabor y sazón . El menú degustación es todo un espectáculo en el que brilla todo, la comida , creatividad y presentaciones únicas . El toque yucateco en su máxima expresión es consistente en cada bocado, aroma y detalle . Su lista de vinos es impresionante , súper amplia y de una calidad suprema . Disfrutamos mucho de la experiencia líquida .Su maridaje fue muy adecuado también . Al final de la cena te ofrecen su Xtabentum que hacen exclusivo para ellos y es un gran final . el staff es muy profesional y amable , nos dieron nuestro espacio y tiempos durante las casi 3 horas que pasamos ahí . Nos asignaron la mesa del chef que está casi privada así que nos sentimos realmente como en casa. La casona que tienen es maravillosa , bien cuidada y bien utilizada. Al final de la cena nos dieron un tour por la casa , cocina, laboratorio lo cual es un súper detalle que te hace disfrutarlo aún más . Sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Mérida . La experiencia fue extraordinaria, Rodrigo nos atendió de forma muy dedicada y amable. Pedimos al centro y compartimos todo. Sin duda el cerdo pelón fue el platillo más aclamado de la noche.
