    My daughter and I saw this quaint sushi restaurant on an evening walk in Old Montréal. The food was delicious and had a different flair from a typical sushi restaurant. In particular, the Tataki Sake and Tataki Maguro delighted our taste buds. We ended with the Rouleau de Printemps au Salmon , which was incredibly refreshing.

    I recently visited this place and overall had a pleasant experience. The ambiance was lovely, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making the visit enjoyable. The menu was a bit on the pricey side. However, the one disappointment was the donuts. Unfortunately, they didn’t taste great—lacking the flavor and freshness I was expecting. Considering how good everything else was, this stood out as a letdown. Still, I’d recommend the place for its overall vibe and service, but I’d probably skip the donuts next time.

    Good dinner at Kyo. The service was attentive. I wish they still had okonomyaki on the menu but the sushi was excellent. It has a cozy atmosphere especially on a chilly December night.

    Love the setting. Like a rathskellar basement setting lots of wood and stone. Very interesting menu with some reimagining of some traditional Japanese dishes. Extensive list of wines and sake. Very busy place so waiters a bit stretched but overall I would come back in a heartbeat

    La bouffe a été incroyable, sans doute. C'était l'anniversaire de mon chum et à chaque année je trouve un resto spécial. J'étais déçue que malgré avoir réservé et indiqué l'anniversaire un mois et quelque en avance, rien de spécial n'a été fait pour nous. La table qu'on avait pourrait être sélectionnée même si on arrivait le jour même sans réservation, aucun shot donné, aucun dessert. Tout le reste a été incroyable. On a essayé presque tout au menu et tout a été excellent.
