   We visited La Boheme and thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant is beautiful. Food and service were outstanding

   I found the reservation process a bit odd, as they required my card upfront. When I arrived 10-15 minutes before my reservation, there was no one at the hostess stand to greet me for several minutes. Once a hostess finally arrived, she informed me that I wouldn’t be seated until my entire party arrived—even though my reservation was only for two people, including myself. I wasn’t offered a place to sit while waiting and had to stand outside in the cold past my reservation time before finally being seated. To make matters worse, we were placed at an outdoor table with heaters that didn’t provide sufficient warmth, despite an open indoor table being available the entire time. When we requested to move indoors, the hostess relocated us but then informed us after we had moved that there was a $10 per person charge due to live entertainment—entertainment we weren’t even seated close enough to see. The only redeeming aspects were the service from our waiter and the food, which was decent but not enough to justify a return visit. The poor customer service from the host staff completely soured the experience.

   Dear Portia, I’m sorry to hear that your visit didn’t meet expectations. To clarify, we require card details for reservations through OpenTable to secure a spot, with a $25 no-show fee. We seat guests once the full party has arrived and often direct them to the bar while waiting, though I apologize if this option wasn't offered. Our patio is heated, but I’m sorry if it wasn’t warm enough. We’ll adjust heaters upon request. Regarding indoor seating, we were at capacity but accommodated you later.    Loved this little spot! May be my new go to place to bring family and friends from out of town! Definitely a good place to bring the girls or even a date (: Heather was great and recommended the oysters. They were amazing !

   A lovely experience. Everything was enjoyable. Great food and service. However, the bar needs some training on the classics. Will definitely be back.

   the wagyu spaghetti is amazing and a must order, everything else we ordered was great! we sat outside and they have heaters everywhere which kept the area nice and toasty. there’s valet for $15 or you can park across the street in the public lot for $8

   We paid the extra to sit inside for the jazz band on Friday night. They were good and we had a good time though they were simply too loud to a level that it made conversation almost impossible. If you want a romantic experience, music this loud isn’t really conducive. The food was fine - tasty but nothing extraordinary. I’d go back for sure, and it’s a good pick for folks with varied food tastes with vegan options as well as food fish and Omni food.

   First time here, definitely won’t be the last with my girl. High expectations and met them across the board. Attentive service even with a smaller staff on a Tuesday evening with every dish being perfection. Baked Camembert special, spaghetti with truffle Alfredo and meatballs, mussels with bread and chorizo broth were all a must. Very well affordable on top of it all! Get the spaghetti.. trust me.
