Inspired by the cultures of Latin America, La Cocina at Reforma pays homage to the Southern California experience. Cuisines from Mexico, Central, and South America are represented and fused, paired with our handcrafted cocktails, delivering a unique dining experience. The Peruvian Chicken, Lomo Saltado and Short Rib Mole have become instant classics. Choose from elegant, sophisticated cocktails or the deep selection of wines to pair with your meal.

La Cocina at Reforma has reinvigorated the former Robinson's department store building, a Class A historical site that is a Palm Springs icon. The patio provides views of lively downtown and the Architecture and Design Center, another example of mid-century architecture. The interiors respect the building's heritage, while offering a luxe dining experience.

Irene was our server and she was just amazing. Irene brought our individual dishes out like she was orchestrating a symphony. The food was delicious but, there’s always a but, be prepared for spicy but tasty food. By spicy I appreciated it but husband was not a huge fan. But he ate his entire meal. Go figure…..

Everything was OUTSTANDING! Starting with exquisite cocktails (The BEST margaritas you’ll ever have) and and amazing selection of creative dishes. The Rissoto Marisco is killer. Tres leches was like nothing I’ve ever had and made to order. The amazing staff is attentive and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

First time to Palm Springs and found this gem. Very friendly staff greeted us. Seated in a lovely dining area that felt private even as other tables filled. Service was impeccable with at least 3 staff checking in on us. All the food was well prepared and delicious. Great selection of cocktails and wines. Prices were very reasonable given quality and level of service.

Food is inventive and amazing, as are the cocktails. Service is gracious but drinks were a bit slow to arrive. When they did it was with the wait. Highly recommended and excited to return.

Wow the new winter menu came out and we were blown away. We ended up doing a three course tasting menu that we created because it all sounded amazing. And it sure was! Nicholas our server was top notch too. I’m going back for the Aguachiles and muscles alone.
