My favorite restaurant for a girls night. Food and drinks are amazing, music is vibing and reasonably priced

The system where everyone orders on their own was horrible. We had a big group and everything was coming out at different times. Some people were waiting for first drinks while other people’s food was coming out. Because of this service was really slow, disjointed and confusing for everyone. For larger groups everything should be punched in together so that everyone is eating and drink together.

Was not overly impressed. To start, you scan a barcode on the table which brings up the menu, and you place your order through the program on your phone. Drinks and food were never coming out in a fair timeframe from one another. A few of us waited 20+ minutes for a drink. 3 of us were done our food before the 4th even got their food. There was 1 “server” working for 6-7 tables until a 2nd one came on shift. They infrequently attend your table, so empty drink glasses and dirty dishes accumulate on your table and they never collect when they drop off a new drink. The bartender would make drinks and we would see them sit on the bar ledge for minimum 10 minutes but up to 20 before someone would bring it to you, that’s if you didn’t have to ask the server to inquire about the status of your drink beforehand. The food was mediocre. Fridays they have 50% off cocktails for ladies but then apply the 18% autograt to the pre discount total which is atrocious considering the servers don’t do anything except drop things off to your table. Would not recommend, and will likely not be back.

Food was incredible decorations were amazing I will say it was very busy and a lot of people standing around tables near the bar kind of made you feel like people were hovering over your table. The service was incredible the servers checked in and cleared the tables quickly and were very kind. Music is very loud hard to hold conversation so if you were looking for a more intimate setting I wouldn't recommend this location on a Saturday night this location is really great for getting hyped up for a night out.

Reservation was made for 8:30, waited 45 minutes to be sat. Was told when checked in that they were waiting for another two topper to finish in order to put our table together..... the table we were waiting on had full drinks and food on their table. My guests were getting ansy so I checked in with the manager - he said there was a 2 hour limit and that the two topper was exhausting their 2 hours so he was about to kick them out to put our table together and our drinks were on the house (though 1 wasn't drinking - ok)... we watched the manager inform the guests but of course waited another 10 minutes for the guests to actually move from their two topper so the manager could actually physically put our tables together. Finally we sat down, not one server came to our table to greet us or apologize for the wait or tell us how this place works in terms of ordering and not even to provide us water or plates for our table. We figured out that it's an order and pay through your phone type of jam - so we order. Btw, my brother in law was so hungry and bothered by the wait, poor customer service, and loud music to which you cannot converse even the slightest bit, he left. Another guest of mine who does not drink ordered a soda which she did not get but rather after some time, food starts coming out so I kindly asked one of the servers for water and the soda to which the server was rude, no expression or response or empathy for that matter, and comes back with one of our alcoholic drinks and not what was asked for. We tried to get her attention again but was ignored. I then asked again for water and the soda, the same server ever so slowly goes and gets us the water but no soda. So I asked another server for the soda, and though heard, we never got the soda. Not to mention, we were never given the plates so really and truly, coming from the food and beverage and hospitality industry and being a person who is passionate about customer care, this was a terrible experience.

Restaurant has good food and atmosphere but when you pay for your bill it had already 18 percent tip added to the bill not optional.. then it prompted to add another tip on top Sorry that is very misleading and never ate at a restaurant that mandated tip of 18 percent for table of 2

Cute rooftop restaurant that’s fully enclosed for the Winter. Restaurant was fully decorated with Christmas lights with nice ambience. Food and service was good. You order by scanning the QR code at your table and pay your tab through the QR code as well. Music was a bit too loud. Overall, good dining experience. Recommended!

Small portions, good for drinks but not for dinner. We had to cut our own pizza, which should be done ahead of time, pizza was also falling apart. Picture of the steak was deceiving as it appeared you would get more and we got half of what the picture appeared as. Staff seem abit confused. They automatically added in a tip as well which I wasn't pleased with. I made a note it was my boyfriend's birthday and that was ignored.
