   I have benn to La Mar several times. This visit did not disappoint. The food is always fresh and tasty, although a bit pricey. the servers are attentive and knowledgable. Highly recommend

   The food is always delicious here. Enjoyed brunch with a group of 5 and shared the veggie cebiche, empanada sampler (beef, chicken, mushroom, and corn), chifa aeropuerto (fried rice with steak and shrimp), and chicken saltado. Everything tasted amazing and came out in such a way that we didn't wait long, but we could enjoy the dishes on the table. Our server Luis was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

   Absolutely delicious! The ceviche ( I can’t remember the Peruvian word for it) was fabulous! All of the fish dishes were marvelous. Save room for dessert — the rum-soaked chocolate cake is amazing. Our server was very friendly — in a good way— and took the time to explain each section of the menu to us. She also recommended her favorite dishes and she was spot on. The noise level here is quite high; not a place to go if you want to have a deep, meaningful conversation. But all the rest was quite quite good.

   What an amazing dining experience! Went with a group of 7 colleagues and shared a variety of cocktails, small plates, entrees, and desserts. Every single menu item was unique and delicious, to the point that no one could even name a favorite. And the presentation was gorgeous! Even dishes that I wouldn't normally prefer were amazing!

    I’ve eaten at La Mar ever since it opened and have to say that this last meal was the best, it seems they changed the drink and food menu from before or something else, but this latest version really was delightful. My friends and I had the tiradito sampler, empanada sampler, the Tacu Tacu La Mar, lomo saltado and the Salmon Nikkei and everything was very nice. So kudos for the food. Service was also pretty good as well, though sometimes our server would forget about us. However, this place has gotten even more expensive than it used to be, which it’s a shame but at least the food improved from before
