The steak was excellent, we both had Argentinian tenderloin of different sizes and both were beautiful. The side dishes let the meal down a little as they lacked some imagination and were a little bland. The prawn starter in garlic were great but make sure you all have them as the quantity of garlic was really high but lovely. Only one dessert between us a chocolate fonddant which was OK But needed something with it as it was a little dry on its own. The Malbec was superb as you would expect from Argentina.. The downside for us was the location of our table. There are 4 tables for two to the right of the door as you enter. It was really cold when we went and sitting there you got a blast of cold air everytime the door opened. We like the couple beside us asked to move but there were no other options available as the place was full. The only option was to cover your krgs with your coat while seated, not a good advert for the location. Service was good attentive but not pushy. This is not a cheap place to dine but the quality of the steak alone made up for the minor inconveniences.

Staff were very unattentive, never once asked if food was ok, topped up our wine glass, very uninterested and it was really quiet so no excuse, they were just standing around chatting. Food was ok but not spectacular.

I recently dined at la Pampa steakhouse and had a mixed experience. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was only average. While the presentation was nice, the flavors were somewhat bland.

Food was amazing, service could be better, no patience. No help with wine list but when they did say what they recommended and it was not liked, waiter got very annoyed and walked off with the bottle. Took a while for him to return to take our order and eventually the wine. More patience is deffo needed with customers who can’t decide. Overall ambiance of the restaurant was lovely

Nice experience, good food. The restaurant was not so well booked that night and there was a lot of staff around so we would have expected to get a bit more service. We had to ask for more wine and water and our meal was finished when it came. A little smile then and when could be helpful. The waiter serving the wine was great and did a perfect match recommendation. Overall we would recommend the restaurant but there are points that could be improved.

Meine Frau und ich kamen zum Abendessen und der Empfang war sehr nett. Der Kellner war sehr aufmerksam und empfahl Wein mit dem Steak. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft, mit viel Auswahl. Wir sind mit einer sehr guten Erfahrung gegangen, ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Service was awful. We were a party of 6 and while ordering we asked if we could split the bill at the end and we were told yes that's no problem. Drinks took ages to arrive and so did the food. Nobody asked how our food was. One meal was not cooked how asked. The rest of the food was fantastic to be fair. A different waiter collected our plates with no smile or conversation. He came back and said they were closing 5 minutes so we need to go. When we asked for the bill and how do we pay separately he told us no that can't be done and huffed and walked off. The manager then came over and took a payment, he did not apologise for the mix up or the lack of service.
