This restaurant is pleasant and comfortable. The service was friendly and efficient and the food very good. The website shows a view of a marina but in the evening from the rooftop, there was no view of the water but our server made the evening memorable. This would be a great place for a small celebration because the ambience was wonderful.

A word of caution! The website does not represent the actual restaurant. They have relocated to a new building across the street from the old location. It is no longer waterfront. The new location is on a terrace that overlooks the noisy road. It is nice, the food was average and service was good although, we were the only people there as it was somewhat early.

We chose this restaurant for our 50th Anniversary trip to St. Maarten. We had a great dinner, but we thought we would be sitting along the water. They changed their location to a rooftop right across the street from their old location. Great dinner but not he spot we expected.

Excellent restaurant. I’m so glad we found La Perle Bleu. For fine French dining you would typically have to go to the French side of the island. Not anymore… the service was great very attentive. The restaurant is pretty right on Simpson Bay but the best part is the food. Everything was amazing, even the amuse-bouche. My daughter had chicken which was absolutely delicious, I had the escargot & the tenderloin and my husband had the scallops & lamb and we all practically licked the plates. Even the cocktails were very good. We will definitely be back!!!

Restaurant was understaffed. Service was so slow. Our fish was overcooked. My friends duck was overcooked and cold. Would not go back.

Overall a great experience. Food, service and ambiance were top shelf. Lovely dining experience from beginning to end

What a hidden gem! The food was fantastic and the waterfront setting was beautiful. Service was top notch and they brought us a few extra apps to sample. Ending the night with a complimentary after dinner drink was just the icing on the cake!

We found this hidden “pearl” down by the water on Cole Bay. Great food and service was fantastic. One of the best meals we had in St. Marteen and not expensive. It’s a bit hidden away don’t let that discourage you.

Very pretty place, but just a bit hidden and not easy to find as signage is poor food was very good and also the service
