Lovely quaint location. Staff really helpful and friendly. Food was excellent- we had the roasts- plenty of meat and lots of veg too. Good choice of dessert or cake. Would definitely recommend the place.

Really loved our visit. Good vegan and veggie options. We had brunch with 2 babies in tow. Such friendly staff and such a lovely setting. There was a log burner which was so homely. Will be back for lunch and can’t wait to try it on a warmer day!

Absolutely awful! Would not recommend. Roasts were terrible and first arrived cold, when returned hot - was still disgusting and even though the service was ok and staff friendly - the manager noticed we didn’t eat our food and didn’t come over to discuss or remove anything off the bill. Very disappointed in general.

Lovely roast beef Sunday lunch today in a wonderfully eclectic setting. Every table taken with a nice buzzing hum of an atmosphere. Service was friendly and homely feeling to it. Second time for Sunday lunch which was delicious beef with all the trimmings

A nice place with lovely surroundings and staff. One of the meals was slightly cold because the eggs benedict was served on a very cold plate and the ham was cold as if straight from the fridge but everything else was very, very nice.

We had a lovely catch up with my brother and sister in law at La Pettite Petanque restaurant. We chose this venue for it's great menu they also offer a good variety of gluten free options. The staff where friendly and welcoming which made our special day even more enjoyable. We all had an amazing time and would recommend the La Pettite Petanque for your special occasion. Lovely service and good as always. Bit pricey for breakfast and coffee but it was for a treat and very much enjoyed.

We have had many ‘afternoon tea’ bookings in a wide range of restaurants. This is undoubtedly by far the best we have ever had. Excellent service, quality food, an absolute delight.
