Came here with my family (children and mother) - and was really looking forward to our visit but left quite disappointed. Pizza was okay, pasta and salad were subpar. Table service and speed of food was also disappointing. My daughter’s food came out last and the wait staff tried to take away her pasta 5 minutes after she received it. We won’t be back.

My wife and i took a friend here for lunch. We have been to Eataly several times but not in the past 6 months. Our experience was unlike any of our prior visits. The kale and Brussel sprouts salad was overdressed and the chicken was hard to cut, hard to chew and dry as if it had been cooked a week ago. The waitress was inattentive. We ordered 3 cappucinos. She brought 2 and tbe third 15 minutes later. And we had to ask for sugar and spoons. Our guest had ordered tea but tbe waitress said tbere was no boiling water!! All in all a very disappoi ting experience.

Good Vibes. Food is consistently delish, plenty to choose from hard to limit yourself. Salads, piza, pasta all outrageous!!! Cocktails perfection. Service always always outstanding. We had the pleasure of working with Cindy who was a joy. So sweet, professional, attentive anf fun. Added to the joy of the day. See you soon!! xo

Surprisingly good. An excellent lunch. Pizza, branzino, pasta, however wide our selections were across the board, all were great. Service was excellent. Had heard some ambivalence but food and service were positive.

The pasta was average and the margarita pizza was too salty. One pasta was low on sauce and the other was too oily and cheesy The worst part was the 16 dollar tiramisu. The lady fingers was dry and not soaked. The cocoa powder over powering and dumped. It was 80 percent cream and 20 percent lady finger. But - the service was excellent. They took care of the pasta. We didn’t even talk about the tiramisu , as the server was super nice.
