   Great family birthday experience, the staff was very accommodating and team oriented approach to the meal. I appreciate the server and the server who took over for the server. The food was cooked to perfection.

   A great experience! food service and the whole restaurant and shopping experience was wonderful. Heading back there on Monday with a group of 13 people.

   I really wanted to love it, but it fell short in every aspect. We ordered the focaccia and calamari both were small portions and just okay. Our kids had the pizzas again- nothing great. I ordered the burrata pizza and I’ve never been more disappointed in burrata! There was absolutely nothing to it other than sauce, dough, and 3 small balls of burrata that were not creamy and still cold, lacked flavor. The service felt rushed and overall the food quality was not as expected for the price point.

   My wife and I have been wanting to try Eataly for a while and luckily the opportunity arose last night for Valentine’s Day. We searched on OpenTable for any restaurants with availability last minute and Eataly SoHo had an availability nearby. I wish I was hungrier because I really wanted to try the Valentine’s Day pre fixe menu, but we just ordered two entrees and bread with some Italian sodas. The food was great and we can’t wait to visit again for some of the various events and to try the rest of the menu!

    Food was absolutely horrible, could not eat it. Chicken Milanese taste like rubber and carbonara smelled bad.
