Designed with New Yorkers in mind, Eataly SoHo offers an array of iconic Eataly experiences, showcasing the brand's high-quality and authentic Italian DNA.

Our restaurant is a place of conviviality, with a focus on the icons of Italian gastronomy. The menu features Eataly’s signature dishes including a pasta section where guests can choose from handmade fresh pasta or durum wheat pasta, a variety of Pizza Napoletana, and a selection of seafood options and premium meats. The wine list is formidable, with more than 300 Italian bottles, alongside iconic Italian cocktails and mocktails.

Eataly SoHo also features a café open all day, as well as a specialty market with a carefully chosen selection of Italian and local delicacies.

The food was delicious and good quality though I found the salmon was a bit too salty.

I reserved a place for my family for a Thanksgiving supper and they had no more Turkey or Chicken left on the menu when we sat down to eat our appetizers. And they gave us a Beef supper with cold mash potatoes. But at least they gave us a free Tiramisu desert that was very delicious.

Food was medium , hurried and tepid and had obviously been cooked and left waiting. The service let the whole night down. We ordered 3 starters and we hadn’t even finished the last starter and they bought the main dish. I explained to the server that we’d like at least a 5 minute break between courses and not 5 seconds and he looked at me with a blank look.

Food didn’t have any special taste, missing flavor Service was just regular, nothing to rave about Value/ price paid is not there

The server was inattentive. The food itself was average and the cocktails seemed strange to taste. The atmosphere itself was very nice. Overall I say there is a “fair” chance we will never be going back.

No service whatsoever no help on getting refill on drinks and you even have to get up and ask for someone to give you the check.

Many food items on the menu were not available and the service was poor. Our server “disappeared” more than once

Service was amazing, very attentive and fast service. I have a lot of allergies and they were able to accommodate me, they still warned me of cross contamination so I wouldn’t say it’s allergy friendly but they were very helpful and were very aware of allergies

This is supposed to be an Italian restaurant. It is not right to bring the bill while we were still drinking coffee without even saying that we can take time (not even thank you) then come to the table 6 times to check if we paid ! We literally spent 23 minutes from the time that we were served and restaurant was barely 1/2 full. Servers do not seem to be educated at all and food was okay just not as good as in flatiron nor downtown As we know Eaterly in Italy and NY we are very disappointed
