    Very disappointed with the mediocre food. The service was worse. We felt extremely rushed and serving staff definitely had a clear mandate to get people out of the restaurant asap. The customer at the table next to us called the waiter out for it - “I’m trying to enjoy my dinner at a leisurely pace and I’m getting the distinct impression that you need my table for the next reservation.” We felt the same way and we did have a reservation; we weren’t just walk-ins. Unfortunately it did not feel like a nice, relaxed evening. We won’t be going back. There are lots of better Italian restaurants in downtown Toronto!

    It was okay, the more we come here the more we’re treated like cattle. Quickly come in, eat your meal as fast as possible, then get out (not without paying and tipping with your server literally hovering over you). It was better when Eataly first opened. Now it’s just a fast oiled machine getting as many people in and out as possible, which sucks cause their whole shopping experience there is designed to be an experience…the restaurant should be part of that too.

    Always a pleasure eating and shopping at Eataly. It's such a great dining experience. We come here as often as we can. Delicious food, great service and the products available to take home is exceptional.

    Nice place and the pizza was great. Experience was enjoyable but the server was distracted by other tables which took away from the overall experience. Would recommend to others

    Great waiter. My friend had pasta which was super. I ordered a pizza. Found it very dry and no favour. Wouldn’t order it again. Super disappointing. Pizza by the slice way way better.

    Food was good (burrata pizza was very good) and the atmosphere is very high level, but it was Saturday night so to be expected in Toronto. We had reservations but had to wait because the table wasn’t ready. Service was erratic, they just seemed too busy, our server was pleasant though.
