    My food arrived 15 minutes after my family’s food. I was waiting and when it came it the pasta wasn’t cooked (white in the middle and tough). Also, they forgot my uncle’s lemon soda.

    My food was delicious and service was a bit slow but overall decent experience. Other guests found the food old / like a frozen meal (the lasagna), pasta and cod was tasteless for some. Very slow service/ not looked after well. Mixed experience I guess with a big group of people.

    We have previously eaten at the Eataly venues in Las Vegas (Park MGM) and the Rome airport and found the one on Bloor Street in Yorkville to be at least as good as the others. The service is as good as we have come to expect, and the menu at La Pizza & La Pasta includes a reasonable selection of traditional Italian dishes at attractive prices.

    Lovely service but one of my pet peeves is when they (it wasn’t our waitress) starts clearing the table before everyone is done eating.

    Service at both the front and table side were great! Servers really knew the menu and gave honest opinions. Everything was cooked PERFECTLY! Will definitely come back!

    This restaurant is amazing! Food quality and service was top notch. Felt like I was eating in Italy. Plus you can shop for groceries as well. So many options and fantatic idea. A must see.
