La Pizza & La Pasta features two of the best-loved Italian dishes: Napoli-style pizza and al dente pasta. Enjoy our seasonal selection just steps away from our expert pasta chefs and dough-slinging pizzaioli (pizza makers). Our traditional but innovative dishes feature both fresh pasta made daily in-house and air-dried, bronze-extruded pasta from Campania, Italy, and traditional Neapolitan pizza, from the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company.

We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
Parties of 7-10 people, call the restaurant. Parties of 11 or more, email esv-privatedining@eataly.com
Parties will be required to give credit card info to reserve their spot. There will be a $20 per person charge for no show or cancellations without 48 hr notice.

Love this community-I’m a Santa Clara college student parent and always left with a good feeling post visits-it’s all the little experiences that add up-the waitstaff are first class here, hostesses were excellent too. Coming from a history in fine dining service both front facing and waitstaff-excellent place! Oh yeah-food is always fresh, arugula lemon salad a craving and the pizza as close as you will get to Italy-

Don’t go there if you like authentic Italian cuisine! This restaurant has been on a steady decline for about two years now. This time was by far the most disappointing experience so far. Food was very bland and served cold. The waitress had quite an attitude and didn’t even bother to ask if we liked the food or if we needed anything after she brought the food. Never again

It was my bday (which I mentioned in the reservation) and no one even said happy birthday to me.

Our first time in this part of Eataly and it did not disappoint. Excellent pasta and pizza list to choose from and to die for desserts! A little loud but (shrug). Came home with a bag of fun Italian groceries too!

We’ve visited this restaurant many times and had great experiences, so we decided to bring someone new to share what we thought would be a great evening. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience we’ve ever had. The server repeatedly pushed items we didn’t ask for, presenting them in a way that made it seem like they were included—for example, offering bread as if it were complimentary. Having dined here before, I knew it wasn’t free, but the way it was pitched felt intentionally misleading. When the food arrived, 2 out of 4 orders were incorrect—one wasn’t even the right dish. The server apologized and offered to fix the situation by providing a replacement. However, when the bill came, not only were the incorrect items still charged, but so was the replacement he offered as an apology. When I questioned this, the server tried to justify it by claiming he had removed a cheaper item instead. This server’s behavior felt deceptive and manipulative, prioritizing upselling and inflating the bill over basic honesty and customer service. Management needs to address this—either through retraining or by letting go of staff who prioritize personal gain over integrity. Experiences like this ruin trust, and sadly, we won’t be returning.

Mediocre Italian food served with a lot of attitude. Save your .money and dine elsewhere.

Our waiter was very slow and unpleasant, food was not good at all and the meat was not warm enough.

Skip it, fancy menu doesn’t translate to flavor. Thumbs down from all 4 diners. Service was solid.

We decided to dine at La Pizza & La Pasta for our New Year's Eve celebration. This was our first time dining here. The staff and especially our server Lindsay M. were all so courteous and attentive. I ordered Fettuccine Al Burro Di Tartufo E Parmigiano which was served in a parmigiano reggiano DOP wheel right at our table. It was a great experience! The pasta tasted great and had a slight hint of truffle taste in it. My partner ordered Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese and he loved it because it was perfectly sauced in portion and in taste. We also ordered Tiramisu for dessert. Eataly had the Tiramisu with Mascarpone cream slowly draping down the ladyfingers on serving and the ladyfingers were very fresh and not soggy. We will order it again next time!
