Dès que vous arriverez à La Quinta Cliffhouse, vous serez subjugué par la vue et les sons spectaculaires du désert. Perché dans les rochers au-dessus du désert, La Quinta Cliffhouse est réputé pour son panorama spectaculaire sur la vallée. Dans ce cadre décontracté et animé, vous pourrez savourer un menu de plats classiques américains aux préparations innovantes, axées sur les steaks et les fruits de mer, à des prix abordables. Le menu met en évidence les saveurs vibrantes de la vallée ainsi qu'une généreuse sélection de poissons et de fruits de mer. La carte des vins a été soigneusement choisie pour mettre la nourriture en valeur à des prix raisonnables. Elle compte cependant également des bouteilles rares à édition limitée. L'établissement n'accepte pas les réservations pour le bar et la Happy Hour.

What a great place to celebrate, we had a great meal and a glass of wine on the patio. Server was new, very busy and efficient. The only problem was customers bypassing reception area and blocking staff from serving the patio. A 6 1/2 foot tall man hovering over my chair was uncomfortable.

Lovely atmosphere . Food was solid but nothing exceptional. The calamari was overdone, however the pork chop and strip steaks were cooking perfectly and the key lime pie was homemade and quite good. Drinks were also very good.

Excellent service, great food. Loved the ambiance on the patio. Will definitely go back. Very friendly staff all around.

Delightful experience. Our server was engaging and informative. Loved the crab pasta but make sure you get spice on the side. Short ribs delicious.

We went for a special celebration after reading some reviews….the place is spectacular! We were going to sit on the terrace which is lovely but water falls were so loud it didn’t lend itself to quiet conversation. We moved inside without issue to the dining room. The food…we both had a soup…came quickly and piping hot, however, the squash soup was lumpy and bland of any of the flavours that should have stood out. Lemongrass and coconut should have been at least discernible…not so tonight. The lobster bisque was very nice. Perfectly blended and I tasted notes of tarragon and of course a little lobster meat. Beautiful! I chose the short rib with mashed potato and Brussels sprouts…tender and delicious, great flavour here. It’s a winner! However my companion had the flat iron steak with frites, medium rare and it was not as tender as it could have been. The frites were pale and could have been cooked more. Service was attentive and not overbearing. That is my rating. Can’t give it more than 3 stars.
