   Nos hicieron reserva para “paella València” por teléfono. Al solicitarla en mesa, el camarero que nos atendió nos preguntó: Saben lo que es paella valenciana? Le dijimos que si Que lleva? Pollo, conejo,… No hacemos paella valenciana, preguntaré en cocina. Hablaron con una mujer por teléfono? De acuerdo, efectivamente No la hacemos Ok, pues una de pescado de rica Son de Valencia? No, para saber lo que es una paella valenciana no es necesario ser de Valencia - las preguntas y formas de preguntar fueron burlescas, por lo tanto, se lo hice saber antes de irnos. Prefiero decírselo a la persona que ha cometido el error antes de escribirlo en cualquier lugar. Comida excepcional, pero, ha provocado que pensemos en ni volver. Muchas gracias,

   What an amazing gem. Upstairs is a spacious Basque restaurant with great service, ambience and food is delicious- highly recommend and will go back
