At the Four Seasons establishments around the world, it’s always about the staffing team and here at Hui An it’s no difference. Our lunch was fabulous and the manager was exceptional, highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a great quite place for an outdoor or semi outdoor dining experience

非常棒的用餐體驗！到達時，有一位戴眼鏡的女服務員來迎接，說出我的姓名，她已經知道預定的所有細節，包括期待的座位、食物過敏等。整體環境很美，不過怕有小蟲子，服務員馬上拿了風扇、蚊香、防蚊噴霧給我們。食物美味、擺盤精緻。

当日からブッフェしかないと席に着いてから言われた。値段も高いし、ホテルのレストランのサービスとしては受け入れ難いもの。最初に案内したスタッフの態度は悪すぎる。それ以外の方は親切でした

Service fantastic and all staff very welcoming. We shared a starter and had a main each. Probably too much food. Could have shared the one main course and a starter. Good fresh and well cooked. The food is expensive relatively for Vietnam however it is the Four Seasons. Wine very good but excessively expensive. This may be import charges. I’m not sure.

Excellent service, good variety of local and western food, the outdoor chairs are really ugly and not up to standard for a hotel of this quality.

Lovely lunch whilst on holidays in Vietnam. Service was excellent from all staff. Food was very good and so was the drinks choice. My friend was celebrating a birthday and the staff provided a cake and sung happy birthday.
