   Great food! The front of house was a cluster. We didn’t get seated for our reservation for 15 minutes and they collected a card for a late/cancellation fee. We were there for NYE and they didn’t pass out champagne or sparklers in time for NYE meanwhile they were servicing two tables near us twice. They’re a young restaurant (only 10 months). They should stop everything they’re doing at 11:40 and start pouring champagne glasses to every table. Our server was very apologetic but cannot help but notice we were like the only people of color table not with champagne for ringing the bell.

   George was great! He definitely was overworked and wasn’t able to give as much time to people dining at the bar because he’s also making drinks with little help :/

   La Serre was fun and charming. “The green room” truly gets its name from each aspect of the experience, weather it be the lush plants hanging from the ceiling or down the smallest details of green in drinkwear, the booth and more. We sat in a cozy corner with large windows. The menu was pre fixed with choices and it came out perfectly timed. Our server, Cia, was amazing. She truly gave the 5 of us her undivided attention while also managing her other tables and it being a busy night. We were very impressed. The New Year’s Eve menu was delicious and customizable. The portions were respectable and full sized which made the meal perfectly filling. It was my mother in laws birthday and she was greeted with sparklers and an additional free dessert. La Serre went over the top for us to have a special night and we all will be coming back soon for another incredible meal.

   Service was absolutely horrible. Entire staff was inattentive and ignorant. Our waitress only came to our table 1 time to order our food, did not check in on us, we had to call her over multiple times to order drinks and get the check. We also asked her for a new wine glass, which she didn’t bring, so we proceeded to ask THREE other employees who also didn’t bring the glass. 30 minutes later we found our server and finally asked her again for the glass. Overall absolutely awful service that ruined our experience. As the food was really good, I would never return.

   Disappointed by the seating, the long wait to receive drinks and the slow service. NY Strip arrived cold and it took 10+ minutes to get a steak knife. No fresh plates or utensils were delivered after the first course.

   Our server Rose was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Her team provided great service. Delicious meal to celebrate any occasion.

    The food was soooo good! Loved the Leek & Egg plant, Shrimp cocktail, and french onion fondue. Steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. The sides of fries, Cauliflower, whipped potatoes, and mushrooms were to die for! Needless to say we didn’t make it to dessert, but the service was impeccable and overall it was sooo great!
