La Strega is Las Vegas’ premiere Italian eatery nestled in the affluent community of Summerlin where James Beard nominated Chef Partner, Gina Marinelli ignites an authentic Italian cultural rejuvenation by inspiring exploration of the traditions of flavorful, fresh and innovative Italian cuisine with her modern, farm-to-table regionally-based dishes.

Translating to “witch” in Italian, La Strega’s sophisticated yet playful atmosphere bewitchingly transports guests to Italy immediately upon arrival. Greens, clays, and earth tones make up its color palette, while full moon-shaped bulbs on brass chandeliers illuminate the space. The restaurant’s artistic centerpiece is a one‐of‐a‐kind mural that spans multiple walls throughout the restaurant, telling the story of the witches of Benevento which inspired the genesis of La Strega, a tale best told by the head Strega herself, Chef Gina Marinelli.

    The noisy environment and our table by server’s station were forgotten as soon as the chef’s tasting menu hit the table. Absolutely delicious appetizers paired well with bubbly and the mains that followed were well balanced and perfectly prepared

    La Strega is our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. The food is outstanding, the staff is tremendous and head chef Gina creates some of the best snd most original dinners. Can’t recommend La Strega any higher.

    La Strega is a delightful Italian gem in Summerlin, Las Vegas. The cozy ambiance and attentive service make every visit special. Their appetizer especially the grilled octopus is amazing , and their handmade pastas are bursting with authentic flavors. A great spot for a memorable meal, whether for a date night or casual outing. Highly recommend!

    In a word…Delicious. The bolognese. Arugula salad. Meatballs. Carpaccio. Did not disappoint! Highly recommend.

    What an amazing experience and the food was out of this world! I recommend for anyone looking for outstanding food and a great place to talk. Thank you to the staff for allowing my date and I to sit and talk for nearly 40 minutes after they closed. We will be back.
