At over 2150 square feet, which opens onto a 2530 square foot tree-shaded garden, Ladurée Soho Restaurant welcomes you for an authentic French dining experience.

Please kindly note that we do not allow any balloons, decorations, or outside food or drink in the restaurant.
Outdoor seating is subject to availability. Thank you for your understanding.

We allow 1.5 hours for all reservation party sizes.

We offer a 15 minute grace period prior to offering the table to walk-ins.

So I went to this place thinking I was going to have an amazing experience. However, I did not. It took me forever to get a reservation and the day i was there, there were only 4 other people eating there inside the restaurant which was very awkward and surprising. There was an event outside in the garden so couldn't go outside but I was okay with that. The service was horrible. I had to wave like I was hailing a cab each time I needed something. The food was just okay amd the experience wasn't what I was expecting, especially for the price. And the restroom were horrid for a place of thus caliber. This place is over priced and getting a lot of advertisement through tiktok. Don't believe the hype.

Worst high tea I have been to. Not worth the price whatsoever. Very small quantity. Small sandwiches had no flavor and only contained cucumber and a bit of chicken salad. Non alcoholic champagne was disappointing. Only 1 tea/coffee, whereas many other high teas are unlimited. At $70 a person this was absurd. A huge let down, I enjoy taking their pastries to bring to parties but will no longer be taking my business here.

I’ve been here a couple of times but on this occasion we felt very neglected. Our server approached us with little enthusiasm, took our order, then disappeared. We received our food then no one was to be seen. Then a random girl came to check on us and before we could respond she walked away from our table and we had to flag her down 20 mins later.

I’ve been coming here for years and somehow it’s all gone downhill. They no longer serve Ang alcohol. The food was okay at best. My pasta came out cold and my latte had so much foam it could’ve been a cappuccino. Overall just a bad experience and I suggest ordering sweets at the shop and not bothering to sit down.

Meh. Food was subpar at best. Service left something to be desired. No spoon for the soup, took almost twenty minutes to remove empty plates and bottles etc. Pastries are good, but the rest is just as mention, meh.
