    Although the restaurant was a bit busy, with no seat untaken when we first arrived, the noise and atmosphere was still relatively quiet and calm. I was not sure what to expect as I have only had afternoon tea outside of the US. The food, the tea, and the staff were all wonderful. The food was especially good and presented well with no finishes overlooked. I did order a more savory dish in addition to the full tea service. The chicken and leak pie was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend trying anything that might sound appeasing to your palet. Lady Camellia is highly recommended. My daughter and I will be back soon!

    After a less than perfect start - our initial server had difficulty explaining the menu, failed to give us tea strainers and gave us bad info on how long to steep our tea- the experience was completely saved by our second server who replaced the first at our request. From that point on, everything was wonderful. We got the full tea with a second person added. The tea, food and pastries were delicious. Highly recommend for a lovely elegant experience This was our fourth visit and we’ll be back.

    If you’re seeking an authentic English tea experience, this isn’t the place. It leans more toward the typical overpriced and overrated U.S. take on afternoon tea. While the tea itself is excellent, the food is underwhelming—croissants and scones seem frozen rather than freshly made in-house. Service is slightly below average, and the main draw is the waterfront ambiance. Expect to spend over $100 for two, with portion sizes and quality that don’t justify the price.

    I have done numerous teas throughout the city and Lady Camellia did not disappoint. The service was excellent, selections of sandwiches and baked goods plentiful and the Passionfruit Panna Cotta was one of the best dessert small bites I ever had! Highly recommend for a lovely afternoon with your gal pals or your daughter!

    Our party of three enjoyed our experience at Lady Camilla very much! It was nice to have parking directly across the street ($15 on a Sunday). The tea and food was fantastic ! If you can’t finish your goodies, they provide an adorable box to take them home. Be aware that a gratuity is automatically added to your bill so that you don’t double tip. The room is rather small, a bit cramped, and a little too loud, but we’d still definitely go back!

    We had 2:30 reservations but didn’t get seated until about 2:50. We had to wait in a very tiny, very crowded entryway. After we were seated it took another 10 minutes to get menus. Restaurant was very loud. They added an 18% gratuity automatically. I usually tip 20% but was only going to give 15% because of the long wait. I do not like restaurants to demand and set gratuities.

    We had a really fun afternoon at Lady Camellia! Our food highlights were the egg salad and smoked salmon sandwiches, scones, pot de crème, and pumpkin creme brûlée.

    Amazing time! The service was exceptional. Servers frequently checked on tables and were polite. Food was delicious. Everything is fresh and tastes divine. Will be returning! Price is fair and totally worth it!
