  Served with Black Pepper & Coriander Seed. Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin is crafted with a selection of exotic hand-picked botan- icals, carefully chosen by Opihr's Master Distiller, including spicy Cubeb berries from Indonesia, Black Pepper from India and Coriander from Morocco

  Served With Plums. A good third of the ingredients for this special gin come from the Black Forest and are definitely not what you would call typical gin flavourings! In total, 47 handpicked ingredients, prepared in extremely soft spring water from our own Black Forest source, give MONKEY 47, whose pièce de résistance is the use of local cranberries as some sort of "secret weapon" typical to the Black Forest

  Served with Cloves & Cardamom. Made in incredibly small quantities – between 30 and 60 bottles at a time – Master of Malt's Bathtub Gin is made using a technique called cold compounding. Technically speaking, compound gin involves flavourings (such as botanicals) simply being added to neutral grain spirit and then filtered out before bottling. Although there are many other technicalities surrounding how it is done, ABV content etc, in layman's terms – compound gins just infuse whereas distilled gins infuse and then distil

  Served with Raspberry. Brockmans is like no other gin. It stands proudly alone from the many other types of gin due to the unique receipe of exquisite botanicals and the patient sleeping distillation process. Botanicals are sourced from all around the world, such as angelica from Saxony, Bulgarian coriander and juniper berries from Tuscany

  Served with Cucumber & Dried Rose. Hendrick's Gin's beginnings have multiple stories, from the distillery Malt Master finding inspiration in the garden to an American agency claiming to have created it all. The truth is, as always, somewhere in-between. Seeing the gap in the market, William Grant and Sons decided to release a premium gin in 1999. Working with their famed Malt Master David Stewart and Lesley Gracey (who still distils Hendrick's Gin to this day)

• Tanqueray 10£9.00

  Served with Grapefruit & Mint. Launched in 2000, Tanqueray No. TEN is an exceptionally smooth and fresh tasting gin. Named after the number of the still (No. 10) in which it is made, the superior taste is the result of its ingredients. These include whole fruit botanicals such as fresh white grapefruits from Florida, whole limes from Mexico along with juniper, coriander and a chamomile (there are also other botanicals)

• Copperhead Gin£9.50

  Served with Dried Orange. Based around the story of Mr. Copperhead, a notorious alchemist who sought the elixir of life. Along the way, he created a gin - the recipe of which is said to have been replicated here. The gin has a very clean, fresh, sweet smell and the limited use of botanicals means that each is very well felt. The citrus smacks and the juniper shouts, while angelica brings a sweet, earthy finish

• No.3 London Dry Gin£9.50

  Served with Juniper Berries & Orange. As always with a well-balanced and carefully crafted gin, each ingredient imparts its own character. The juniper not only gives the gin its name, but also provides the spirit with the unmistakable gin taste of pine. The sweet Spanish orange peel provides freshness in the form of softer citrus notes while the grapefruit peel gives it an extra twist. The three spices are all quite apparent too. The angelica root delivers an earthy quality and helps to make the gin dry, while the coriander seed releases a lemony flavour with a spicy, slightly peppery finish. Last but not least the cardamom pods provide their subtle yet distinctive bite

  Served with Rosemary, Olives & Thyme. Gin Mare has long been the reference point for a gin that's pushed the boundary of what a gin could taste like – with rosemary, thyme, olive, and basil included in the botanical line up – It's unusual, savoury but balanced. It's a Spanish gin made in Spain

• The King of Soho London Dry Gin£9.50

  Served with Lemon & Mint. Quadruple distilled, the gin is crafted in small batches using traditional methods in a steel pot still. Twelve botanicals and neutral grain spirit are mixed with water and left to macerate overnight releasing the flavours from the botanicals. The pot is then slowly heated and the essences of the botanicals are carried in the vapours that pass through the 'swan's neck' to the condenser where they are cooled back to liquid form. Once the distillation is complete nothing but water and additional neutral grain spirit are added thus earning it the designation of 'London Dry Gin
