Location is on Time Square so it’s hectic getting there. Food was good but not exceptional - items like wings were outrageously overpriced. Service was horrible, waiter was not polite and we often had to ask multiple times to receive the barest minimum like napkins and straws (and this is despite the fact that a mandatory 20% gratuity is added to all bills). The bathrooms were also very dirty and better work can be done on the overall customer experience

The service was very slow, we sat down upstairs and waited on a server for almost 30 minutes, no water no greeting or anything. We had to get up and go ask someone to send a server which was annoying. The food was okay and overall experience was a 3/10. Definitely won’t recommend to others unless they just want to experience for themselves.

Overall, we had a good experience. The wing appetizer we ordered was delicious. My mom and sister enjoyed their salmon dish. My pasta was good but I do wish they would be more descriptive with the cuts of chicken they offer. I was not expecting a leg and thigh with some type of BBQ sauce. The lemon drop flight was awesome. Our waitress Luna was the true star of the show, she was absolutely amazing. We will return but might ask to sit upstairs to avoid the louder music downstairs.

Brunched here and it was cool. Very dressed down, some people celebrated a birthday so they were really dressed up. It’s in a touristy area, Times Sq. A cool after work place/Happy Hour.
