We had a great time and the fireworks were the highlight. The only negative was once again the music was to loud after the fireworks. I like Gina but we were there to see the fireworks and visit with friends. When the music gets loud talking gets problematic.

The Lahaina Yacht Club is a members only club, but members may take guests to the club with them. In our case, my wife and I had dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had a table right on the railing over looking the water with a great sunset view. It looks like you are looking at a huge digital display when viewing the ocean with the clouds and sunset. The Lahaina Yacht Club is a very fun and friendly place to have dinner or just drinks and snacks. If you are not a member, you can apply to join.

For Valentines Day evening meal this was great. The steak was very good and cooked as requested. The three scallops were tasteless, the mashed potatoes had to much garlic for my taste. The presentation was above average. I think some dark gravy on the potatoes would have been a plus and skip the scallops.

I am sorry the service did not meet you expectations. Anonymous reviews do not do much to help us resolve problems or make corrections; They only serve to make us look bad to other Members and hurt the Club as a result. I would hope in the future, you would seek to address this with a Manager at the time of the visit so that something can be done. We work hard to make the Yacht Club a special place for all Members and are always very concerned when a visit is not up to par.

This was a special night, Oktoberfest, with a special menu. Considering Germany is 12 time zones way, the kitchen did a very credible job of cooking authentic German food. I had the beef steak Rouladen and very much enjoyed it. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some cooked red cabbage and spaetzle on the plate. I very much enjoyed the Oompah band. It was a fun change and fit the occasion. Once again the band was to loud making it very difficult to have a conversation with your table mates. I felt sorry for the guest sitting close to the band. They were blasted out.

We took our new neighbors to the Lahaina Yacht Club so they could experience someplace they would not normally go. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Being over the water was very special.
