A rare and wonderful wine for the wine nerds. It is not often that we see Roussanne bottled as a single varietal and it's easy to see why with this immense youthful white. The first white in what seems like a long time I would recommend decanting. Initially it is redolent of raw honey and beeswax and then, as it relaxes, floral notes, white corn and soft spices emerge.
