The restaurant is in need of a serious renovation. The menu was ok for lunch and dinner but the brunch menu was a simple breakfast menu nothing special. Staff were friendly but come dinner time they were overwhelmed and could not keep up. All in all I have eaten at better places in Collingwood for the price and would not recommend you choose them.

We are regulars at Lakeside and very much enjoy it. It was a quiet lunch as it was the day after valentine's and the weather outside was nasty. The service and food was excellent

Given that it was a very busy Valentine's dinner, we unfortunately experience a couple of mishaps. However, management and staff were VERY apologetic and amendable. Overall it was a very enjoyable evening, delicious food for a great value. We will certainly go back again to enjoy when it's not so hectic.
