Amazing cocktails, food and ambiance. Waiter forgot to bring us water until an hour in to the meal, even though we asked many times.

This is the second time me and my wife visit this place. This second time we only had the option of dine outdoors. If thatbis the case for you as well when you are trying to reserve, please don't book it outdoors. The waitress seem to care more for the people dinning in. We had to wait for more than 40 minutes for one of the dishes we ordered, and when I went to ask how much it was going to take, the dish was already served and waiting to be picked-up by the the waiter. The quality of the food was good, but the overall service has diminished compared to our first visit last July when we had dinner indoors. Again, my recommendation to you as consumer is to avoid the outdoors option. My recommendation to Lala is to either train better your waiters or hire more and better qualified people.

While food was excellent and service was great- the outdoor space is horrible. It’s like sitting in a parking lot listening to cars, dogs barking and kids screaming. Asked to move and was denied even though 6- repeat 6 four tops sat empty for the two and half hours we were there spending hundreds of dollars. Overall was annoyed and disappointed.

Excellent service and outstanding quality of food. The price point is a little higher but the quality and organization of the place justifies it.

It was so much better than expected. We went on Valentines day and it was amazing. Bruce was super attentive to our needs, eager to support us choosing our plates. Everything was immaculate, and the food was absolutely amazing. We are coming back!
