    Pleasant experience. New waiter so service a bit slow. They were out of shrimp enbrochette, terribly disappointed in that.

    Overall, it was good. We enjoyed our meals. No complaints. Service was good. The guy who brought our food was great. Went back to get the veggies that my daughter ordered but didn’t not receive when the meals arrived. Also a very polite server. A bit weird on using my accumulated points but everything was fine in the end.

    The food was worth the money we spent! The waiter was the best! He was polite and friendly. He went over and beyond to make are visit worth while!

    If I could leave a negative rating, I would. To start, we went on Valentine's day. My fiancé and I don't take Vday super seriously, and he wanted oysters, so we figured it was worth a try. We would have been better off just staying home and saving ourselves the money and time. This place is a joke. Our servers first day was Valentine's day. That's cruel to that poor boy, trying to learn when people have high expectations- and it's cruel to us, who wanted to have a special meal. The individual who served us, has no business working in front of house- even once he was fully trained. Not only were we there for at least an hour beyond what we should have been just waiting on him (he had 3 tables and messed something up at all 3), but he didn't do his job beyond quizzing me on my ID (which I get). He didn't take our order, he forgot my drink at the bar and another waitress had to bring it, he forgot to ask if we wanted dessert (it's Valentine's day- most people WILL indulge, a missed sale). I can't even blame the waiter because screw this place for putting him in that position. Needless to say, we weren't care for at all. Now to the food, that was even more of a joke than the service. The oysters were literally old and you could tell they had been shucked hours before. They were dry and the worst oysters we had ever had, don't put them on your menu if you're gonna screw it up. The only positive thing we ate, was the bread, and we asked for more and our waiter never got that to us either. I got the Surf and Turf, and my fiancé got the lobster tail. I should note, none of our food was even warm. It was all room temperature or cold. The plating of the food was bazaar, and my steak was literally inedible. I put it in a to go box and threw it away after. If you look at the picture, the butter wasn't even remotely melted on top = proof our food was cold. Our lobster wasn't prepared correctly, and at this point, we just wanted the check. This place needs shut down.

    First time visiting, food was good but nothing special. I’d compare it to Red Lobster. Our meal was just ok, glad I tried it but don’t plan to come back.

    Happy Hour food and drink menu are awesome. Great variety of appetizers and cocktails for a good price. Main menu options had good flavor and good portion sizes. The vegetable accompaniment (squash, zucchini, peppers, and onions) could definitely use a bit more seasoning. We were a large group (16) dining in mid-week (Wednesday), so I didn't expect slow service for our party; especially with how few other people were in the restaurant. There were a few mishaps with getting the checks organized, but it was eventually rectified. It just made for an extra long night. Overall, great experience and I would return...especially for happy hour!

    Only thing I did not like is that this year they had a “set menu” in previous years this was not the case. We usually get the Po boys and this was not an option on the menu. We usually spend about $30ish but had to spend over $50 this year.

    Our server Divya was most hospitable, smiling, knowledgeable of the menu offerings, and prompt! My asked her a question about shrimp, and to my wife’s delight, Divya had the tails removed before bringing a wonderful plate of Alfredo with shrimp. My wife had asked why restaurants leave tails on, and our server took care of it! The meal was great, and came quickly! Thanks for a great holiday meal, Landry’s!

    Bartender was very new and messed up several drinks. Food was mid. Caesar salad with no croutons or parmesan cheese? WEIRD. Our waitress was sweet. The humidity in the restaurant was so uncomfortable our glasses were literally sweating. We won’t be back unfortunately.
