   It may seem strange going to Landry's for Thanksgiving, but we have gone there many times before and it has always been great. I made the reservation, easy on Open Table, they were ready for us. The food, I had the Southern Seafood with Pasta...great choice started with some gumbo and ended with cheesecake. My wife decided at the last minute to have the Turkey Dinner with all the fixings Salad to start and ending with pecan pie. Jonathan our server was great, attentive and even though it was busy he was there for us. Easy parking, low noise level considering how busy it was. A good choice for any day of the year.

   We arrived just before they opened, the team accommodated us prior to the staff being ready to serve. Once our table was ready everything went flawless. Service was timely, food was good, correct temperature and timely. For our thanksgiving day lunch, we were very pleased. Will come again.

   Had the stuffed flounder. I cannot eat spicy food. The stuffing was spicy. Not something that was mentioned on menu. I ate the flounder which was ok and left the stuffing. Many dishes are spicy and overly seasoned. The orzo was just wet mush. My hubby had the red fish. He enjoyed it but fortunately he is not sensitive to spice. He also was not crazy about the orzo. Service was good. The food is fair and if you are not sensitive to spice this is a good place with a good variety.

   Service was very good. Ambiance was nice. Stuffed mahi was ok, mahi was overcooked and did not seem fresh, stuffing had little to no seafood in it. Maple bourbon salmon was good. Garlic bread was good and was an unexpected surprise.

   Great service and food. Filet mignon was perfect as well as their delicious mashed and the green beans. The mahi mahi was too done for my taste. Banana dessert was fun and tasty. Booth seating was cozy and quiet chatter in the restaurant made it an enjoyable meal. Cocktail was prepared well.

   Being off season, restaurant was not crowded and quiet. Our server Tim was outstanding and provided great service! Our meal was well prepared and hot when presented. Good price performer as well.

    We actually wound up eating at the bar with the bartender Seth. He was fantastic. His personality made for an amazing dining experience. The food he suggested was perfect. We had a bowl of clam chowder. Full of clams. We had the oyster trash appetizer (I think that was the name). and then the red fish for dinner. All of it very good.
