   We are Landry’s loyalty members and we have eaten here many times. Tonight was the worse meal I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. First red flag was two children wrestling on the floor in front of check in desk and NO ONE doing anything about it. Second red flag was that they were out of oysters. We should have left. We finally got some appetizers and they were acceptable. We had ordered a second round of appetizers that should have arrived timely. We did not see them until I asked another waiter if our waiter still worked there. The crab and shrimp gumbo had no crab. Waited for waiter again. Had to ask for him a second time. Replaced bowl of gumbo but again no crab meat. An attentive manager would have dealt with the unruly children running and playing throughout the restaurant disrupting other diners. An attentive manager would have just comped our meal. The whole experience was a disaster.

   La comida deliciosa, servicio excelente , fuimos en fin de año y lo recomiendo mucho , bebes lo que se te antoje y comes a menu, muy basto !! Súper recomendable

   I recently dined at Landry’s Seafood House, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the service was lacking. Our waitress, Kirsten, was extremely stand-offish and seemed disengaged, which made it difficult to communicate our needs. We found ourselves repeating our requests multiple times, and even then, details were overlooked. The real kicker, however, was the ribeye steak. It was poorly cooked and lacked the quality one would expect. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was met with a non-apologetic attitude. In fact, he mentioned that other customers had also complained about the quality of the cut, which only added to my frustration. Instead of addressing the issue, management seemed nonchalant about our concerns and the long wait times we experienced for our food. I had to send the steak back, which was not something I wanted to do, but it was inedible. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and the dismissive attitude of the staff left me highly disappointed. I will not be returning to Landry’s Seafood House, and I cannot recommend it to others looking for a pleasant dining experience.

   The food and service was outstanding. Only complaint was the seating. The table was at about mid chest. Very uncomfortable to eat and relax. I would strongly recommend updating the seat cushion to match the table height

    Dined late afternoon before it was crowded. Greeted by friendly staff and seated promptly. Server appeared after short wait and took drink orders. After another wait, server returned with drinks and bread and explained daily specials. Wife ordered grilled shrimp with vegetable orzo and asparagus; I ordered stuffed flounder with same sides that wife had. Grilled shrimp were very good but flounder was fishy and stuffing was too spicy. Orzo also was too spicy. Asparagus was large and undercooked. Ordered crème brûlée to share and it alone with bread was best part of meal. Have been a loyal Landry’s Club member for several years but was disappointed in this meal. I know they can do better.
