   Very poor service, no wine waiter to pour and refill, left 45 mins after main had been cleared and wasn’t even asked if we wanted anything else. Quality of food was lovely but for chicken breast at £31.00, not sure it was worth it. Evening service, the tables were not dressed, no real ambience, they are relying too much on the views and forgetting about the service! Waitress was disgruntled when I took service charge off at 12.5% (£14.00) and that was for two mains, bottle of wine and bottle of water!!!! Disappointed.

   What a lovely evening we had it was my friends birthday, the food was amazing. The staff were lovely & very attentive we will definitely come back.

   I was so disappointed with the meal here. What a let down from what I'd anticipated. The food was mediocre at best. The tables are close to each other so there is no privacy fir conversations but worse than all of that was some of the service. Our waitress was lovely and did seem embarrassed at what was happening even though it wasn't her fault. The man taking the wine orders was pushy and not friendly at all. I asked for two bottles of different wines from the menu and neither were available. He tried to push me to buy an Italian wine that I didn't want and it felt most uncomfortable.

   The service was great, the staff were very attentive, topping up our water and drinks. The food was delicious, we had seabass, the flavours in the sauce were so good. The room was busy but not packed, the noise level was okay, but I wouldn’t want to go if it was at capacity, I think you’d have trouble hearing yourself talk. The prices we did think were high but we were happy to pay as the food was so good. Our puds were good too! Overall, we would be happy to eat here again, for a special occasion, and would recommend to others.

   For tge price the food was very very poor. The service, was automatic, and did not appear to know how to work outside of that robotic service. I informed two waitresses of the terrible dish I had, and one said, do you want more time to eat it!!! I did ask to take the dish away, as I had paid so much for the dish and thought maybe it was me, so I would take it away, for my daughter, I was informed it was against policy although it was visibly obvious that I had not touched the food. I often stay at the Yacht hotel and thought I would try the restaurant for convenience, I would not again!!

   Amazing views. The food was delicious, and the service was great. The cost, however, is overpriced. Expect to pay £6.50 for a bottle of water!

   We enjoyed our Breakfast. It was very tasty and the dining area was spotless.. Only limited options in menu (starter and menu) for dinner. We ordered chicken Roast but only potato and beans we got as vegetables. Dessert was delicious. Salad was really poor.

    On arrival our reservation was not ready I had emailed in advance to let the restaurant know I would be proposing to my partner the restaurant was empty but still had to get them to swap my table to a window seat view of the river The service was ok but not the luxury standard as advertised the actual restaurant was more the standards of a fast service hotel chain and not luxury it looks amazing on the website as advertised but it’s very worn and dated with cheap tables and chairs looked very glamorous on the website but was very disappointed in the reality of it.
