Loved the food and the service. Great value for money. We had a lovely waitress who was very helpful and friendly. The food was so delicious and great value for money. It’s also BYO which was a plus for us. The only downfall was that my friend did asked for a swap out on her food and was told this would be fine but when her meal arrived, the swap had been forgotten. Not a big deal though. The restaurant was a little cool as there wasn’t any heating. If there was heating, it wasn’t on. Also, not a big issue, neither of these issue would stop us going back. We ordered the rack of lamb, steak sandwich, lamb shanks and sticky chicken wings. All were 10/10 for taste and quantity. Delicious.

This is a great place, have been visiting since it opened and always enjoyed the food. Value for money appears to have dropped away recently, paying $6 for four pieces of chorizo as an addition to a breakfast is questionable.

6 of us came for Mother’s Day lunch, the venue was packed and the staff did very well considering the amount of customers they had dined in. Food come out nice and hot and it was very enjoyable.

We dined in at laneway seven for Mother’s Day breakfast, and despite the cafe being incredibly busy, their food was not only amazing, but the presentation of the food was also fantastic. Would highly recommend!

I’m keeping in mind we went on Mothers Day.. I would think the cafe would know how busy a special day like this would be. We unfortunately had a few hiccups. When we were asked if we were ready to order the staff member then forgot to come back & take our order. Again, it was busy, but for our 10am booking, I think we ate at about 11:45… When we got a second round of coffees, the lattes came in an espresso size glass- I’m assuming they ran out of glasses?? We were charged for the larger size, it was sort of ignored that the coffees were a mini size. After that- the food was excellent!!

The chairs are uncomfortable, the service was polite and friendly, but the food took too long. However, it was worth the wait because the food was delicious.

The service was brilliant and the staff were very polite and efficient. Food was amazing and good size servings. Will definitely be back for another meal!
