   Lovely flavoursome salads and buzzy but chilled atmosphere for a weekday lunch.

   Had a lovely meal at Lantana. The food was so good and great value as we were able to choose from the set menu to get a starter and main for £22. The staff were all really friendly and attentive but not over bearing. The atmosphere was really chilled and my friend was able to bring her dog who was made really welcome!

   Good food with an excellent value set menu. Comfortable and relaxed environment, with good service. We went in the evening, but I'll bet they're great for brunch too. I'd like to try that out.

   Good food although perhaps a bit over priced. Service was friendly but not the speediest and had to ask for cutlery, glasses for our water plus table wasn’t ready despite pre booking

   The restaurant was very busy and had a nice atmosphere. I had booked a table luckily! The drinks arrived quite quickly but they took ages to take our order. Once we had ordered the food took a good 30 minutes to arrive. The flavours were delicious but the poached egg was solid which was a shame. The main negative was that as soon as we put down our knives and forks they asked us to leave the table and pay the bill as we had been there for an hour and a half. I did point out that most of that was taken up waiting for service!! I do understand the time restraints but an apology ( rather than ‘there is nothing I can do about it’!) and maybe a free coffee at the bar would have been a nice gesture. I would definitely go again but probably not on a Saturday.

   We visited Lantana on a Saturday morning for brunch at 11:15 - it was pretty busy, we were seated straight away and our waiter was attentive - within moments he asked us whether we'd decided, we asked for a couple more minutes and he told us to take our time. A few minutes later, we were ready, the food came quickly (lukewarm but delicious - I ordered the crispy chicken with french toast). Unfortunately, at 12:25 we were told that they had another table coming in and delivered us the bill - while the food and service was good, the overall experience felt a bit rushed. I hadn't expected to be ushered out the door within 1 hour and 15 minutes, I generally prefer a little more time over brunch.

   I would not go again It’s just ok the place and not super expensive but not even cheap

    Excellent food delivered by fantastic staff. The hake dish was a highlight for dinner. Would recommend
