It’s a sports bar with italian food. Good atmosphere for a sports bar, but I think it has pretenses of being a good italian restaurant; It isn’t, food is okay but priced at the level of eating at a fine italian restaurant. It misses…. It’s decent food but seems kinda overpriced for what you get.

Excellent experience all around. This was our first visit. We met another couple and shared appetizers and a pizza. The service was warm and professional.

We have been to Lascala's on multiple occassion. While their pizza is good the service is consistantly bad! Our server last night was horrible. She obviously knew the people sitting next to us and spent the whole time talking. We requested drink refills and didnt get them, I am not unreasonable....if this person was busy I would understand. You stood 5 feet from me and talked for 15 to 20 minutes at a time while I waited and gave you the stink eye. AND I was coughing (choking on something that went down the wrong pipe) and had nothing to drink! At this point she was our entertainment while we were there, because we weren't the only table that she wasn't waiting on. Our tip reflected the service and we wont be going back.

I really like LaScala's Fire. I like the menu. The food is good and service is generally pretty good. The only negative I have is the music. Towards evening they really turn it up and since it's already very loud with customer conversation, there is no need for the music to be as loud as they have it.

We had a great time, everyone was warm and welcoming our server Elizabeth was attentive and professional she even took our picture as we have been friends for 50 years and haven't seen each other since Covid!

Enjoyed the food and service was good. We were there for an adult bday celebration and because of the live music being so loud it’s was impossible to hear anyone at the table. Suggestion would be to not pump the live music through all the speakers away from the front

The food was outstanding! The portions were huge! Our server, David, was awesome! He was knowledgeable, pleasant & efficient. We will absolutely return & hope to have David wait on us again.

LOUD. This place is huge, and very open. Therefore, the band can be heard throughout the restaurant whether you want to hear it or not. Difficult to hear servers. If you prefer to chat with tablemates, this might not be your place. Food was very good, though.

We came here for our anniversary and left really disappointed. There are tons of great reviews online but unfortunately we had the opposite experience. Our waitress was stopping by constantly while we were deciding what we wanted. Then after taking our order she pretty much disappeared. When the drinks and food came out everything was average at best. I honestly expected way better based on reviews. I doubt we'll be back. Sure, every place has an off night once in a while but this left me wishing I'd stuck with our original dinner plans elsewhere.
