   Excelente la aplicación , nos resolvió en el momento lo de la reservación , y la atención de la gente de lasso , la comida , el ambiente fue todo excelente! Les agradecemos mucho por la cálida atención recibida , pese a que seguramente mucha de la gente que se encontraba trabajando le hubiese gustado estar con sus familias para recibir el año , se destacaron en la buena predisposición y amabilidad ! Realmente recomiendo este lugar , ya que es la segunda vez que vamos con mi familia y realmente siempre nos vamos con ganas de volver .

   Got a reservation days ahead of time but spent 20 minutes in line when I got to the restaurant to let them know I was there. Never made it to the host stand. Was cut in line multiple times trying to wait. Very disappointing after you have to valet the car and the wait for nothing. Crazy a restaurant can still operate soo poorly. Food must be good. More annoying I paid to reserve.

   Unfortunately the restaurant was terribly overbooked. We waited an hour and 15 minutes beyond our reservation time only to be seated in the extremely bright lit lobby of an office e building next door. To top it off the valet was right outside so we felt Gaumer at by people waiting for their cars. Being from out of state and this our first trip to Lasso Gaucho this was incredibly disappointing. We were acclimated w free dessert. At minimum we should have received a significant discount Everyone inside the restaurant looked like they were enjoying their time. We couldn’t eat and get out fast enough. Total bummer

   Worst experience ever, I made reservations but they overbooked and did not sit us till an hr later . Once seated the waiter wouldn’t come check on us ever until we kept asking manager/ other employees to get us at least some water bc not one person would come. Terrible New Year’s Eve experience and pretty expensive, to top it off they even changed extra things that we didn’t even order . Please stay away from this place go elsewhere like Texas de Brazil or Fogo De Chao way better .

   We go to this restaurant a lot. The meats were not as good as in the past. The holiday may have gotten in the way. We will go back!

   I did not enjoy my experience there. The staffing was very slow and the meat is way too salty, many other Brazilian steakhouses with way better food
