Florida’s only two Michelin star restaurant, and the only two Michelin star Joël Robuchon restaurant in the U.S., L'Atelier Miami of The Bastion Collection is the incarnation of the late Chef Joël Robuchon’s groundbreaking concept, staying true to the original Parisian roots while drawing inspiration from the surrounding city and location in the Miami Design District.

L'Atelier’s name refers to a craftsman’s workshop, emphasizing Chef Robuchon’s hallmark of elevating the simplest of dishes into something extraordinary using pristine ingredients, immaculate technique and abundant creativity. The chef’s counter seating faces directly into the open kitchen, allowing for a dynamic interaction between the chefs and diners, and view into the creative process.

Journey through a special tasting menu ($275) curated by Executive Chef James Friedberg, where each dish is paired with an expression of Tequila Ocho’s private collection that is rarely available to the public. Begin the evening with a Tequila Ocho Reposado welcome cocktail followed by the 5-course menu featuring Madai Fish with Caviar, Mushroom Ravioli, Crispy Duck Breast, and Le Mont Blanc for dessert. Discover the diversity and complexity of artisanal tequila harvested with agaves from the Golden Triangle of Los Altos de Jalisco, as ambassador Daniel Franco walks you through the terroir, vintages and unique tasting notes alongside Chef James’ menu.

It is so much fun to eat at the counter and watch the action. Plus, the food is exquisite. Best restaurant in Miami for sure!

Wonderful evening. We have now been to three different locations: In Miami, in the now closed NYC space and in Las Vegas. Each time the service has been seamless and the food excellent. I highly recommend one of the tasting menus. Thoughtfully creative and able to accommodate nearly every palate.

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday 🎉! The staff there are so attentive and friendly! Our service was exceptionally amazing! Especially Kristijan, he is masterfully talented waiter! He gave impeccable service and advices about our dinner! Every single plate is well prepared! It’s delicious! We love every single minute of our evening here! We are very grateful and blessed to have this unforgettable experience! 🙏🙏🙏🥰❤️👍

Our server Chris absolutely made our night 10x better . We have dined at restaurants all over the country but the service here was top notch and the food was nothing short of amazing.

We were celebrating our anniversary so we splurged on the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The food was amazing and the selection of wines was one of the best pairings I have enjoyed. The service was exceptional and the quality of the food and the presentation were both what you would expect in a restaurant with two Michelin *’s. I would definite recommend this restaurant.

Great approachable and elevated dining experience. We sat at the counter and the staff excellent and very interactive. Kristian was amazing to converse with. It was fascinating to see the chefs cooking. The space is gorgeous and relaxed.
